Bordering the whiskey distillery, the apartment is within walking distance to the ferry terminal, train station and numerous bus routes. The best of Oban’s restaurants are just at your doorstep. This is the perfect place to stay for families, couples and friends.

The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook your own meals, should you choose to do so, while watching ferries arriving and departing.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms. 1 double and 1 king size with the king size able to be split into 2 single beds (for stays longer than 1 night) – arranged prior to arrival.

Arriving at the apartment

Please note that all guests but self-check-in via a lockbox external to the building.
There is a car park nearby which is free between 6pm and 9am.
Check-in is available from 16:00 onwards on the day of arrival
Checkout is by 10:00 on the day of departure
4 guests maximum are allowed to stay in the apartment at any one time due to security and insurance reasons
No pets are allowed within the apartment
No parties or events are permitted within the apartment
No smoking – No use of tobacco products, including cigarettes, smokeless tobacco and electronic cigarettes, is permitted within our property. Breaching this strict policy may cause penalties. Thank you very much for respecting our policies and rules.

Cancellation Policy

We regret to inform you that extenuating circumstances does not cover cancellations due to illness or travel disruptions caused by Covid.
If you need to cancel your booking, we require a minimum 4 days notice in order for you to receive a full refund.
If you cancel on the day of check in, we can offer a partial refund. Receiver 50% back from every night of stay booked excluding the first night. There is no refund for the first night or the service fee.

Beata's apartment has the best views in Oban bar none. We never tired of watching the ferries coming and going to the islands. Only a few minutes from the ferries, railway station and restaurants. Lovely warm and comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen, the apartment was a perfect base for exploring the area.thanks very much, Beata.

Lovely wee flat. Comfortable for 4 people. Great location right on the harbour. Everything you need for a short stay provided including milk, tea and coffee.
